• ​General: This document establishes the terms and conditions under which the purchase of Freshy Coffee is governed. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions described herein. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, so we recommend reviewing them before making a purchase.

• Products: Freshy Coffee is a perishable food product. Due to its nature, all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges are accepted, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

• Free samples: Due to the high shipping costs, this exceeds any economic feasibility and therefore samples are generally not possible. Likewise, if you pay the shipping freight, we will send you 500 gr for free.

​

• Prices and Payment: All prices for Freshy Coffee are expressed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are made at the time of purchase and can be made through the options available on our website or at an authorized point of sale. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues.

• Shipping and Delivery: We offer shipping free for minimum purchases  of 45 kg, include taxes to (United State),  do not include taxes for rest the world,  shipping options both nationally and internationally. The estimated delivery time varies based on the customer's location and the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or situations beyond our control. If the product is not received within the estimated time frame, the customer should contact us to resolve the issue.

• Warranty and Returns: Freshy Coffee guarantees the quality of its products. In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, the customer must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the product. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the damage in order to proceed with the replacement or refund. Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than those mentioned.

• Limitation of Liability: Freshy Coffee will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages     resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to damages for loss of income, data, or other intangible losses.

• Privacy: The personal data provided by the customer during the purchase will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties, except when necessary to complete the order or comply with the law.

• Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia, and any dispute arising in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia.
