Freshy Coffee guarantees the quality of its products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the product. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the damage in order to proceed with a replacement or refund. Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than those stated.

We offer shipping  internationally. The estimated delivery time varies based on the customer's location and the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or situations beyond our control. If the product is not received within the estimated time frame, the customer should contact us to resolve the issue.

You can place your order, but it takes 15-20 days to pack and ship, since it is sold on request and the product is extremely fresh. The minimum order is 30 kilograms.
